29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments. Jobsite: On or about October 24, 2018 two employees were injured from being struck by the jib when it fell off of the boom. The employer did not ensure the Terex T340 crane had been set up in accordance with manufacturer's procedures.
