There were six vertical mills that did not have guarding for the rotating drill bit and chuck:    1.There were 2 Fosdick milling machines that were not guarded.   2.The Cincinnati Bickford milling machine that was not guarded.   3.There were 2 Lagun Republic milling machines that were not guarded.   4. The Acer milling machine was not guarded.       b) Two dill presses did not have the rotating chuck guarded. The Clausing drill press and a blue 16 speed drill press with model number Z14116H. The rotating chuck was not guarded. Employee(s) machine parts at the drill press. Employees exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the rotating chuck.      c) Chicago press brake was not guarded on the back side when other employees are helping.  Employees were using it to punch and cut steel. On the front side light curtains are use and there is nothing on the back side of the press brake. Employees exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the press brake.    d) Numerous lathes were being used and none had the chuck guarded. Such lathes as, but not limited to: The Acer lathe, 3-A Warner and Swasey lathe, J&L turret lathe and Birmingham lathe.  The rotating chucks were not guarded. Employee(s) machine parts at these lathes. Employees exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the rotating chuck.
