29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(3): The employer did not ensure the equipment was removed from service when the daily inspection revealed deficiencies in items (d)(1)(i) through (d)(1)(xiv) of this section:    On or about October 29, 2018, at 1220 l NW 25th Street, Miami, Florida, 33182, a mobile crane with an inoperative safety computer (load weighing device and rated capacity indicator) and anti-two blocking device (operational aids), was not removed from service, therefore exposing an employee who was being elevated in the man-basket to a fall hazard.    NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
