29 CFR 1910.151(c): When the eyes or body of any person were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. 2nd Floor Laundry Room - On or about October 30, 2018, employees were required to open and replace one gallon containers of concentrated Suds Laundry Detergent and were exposed to being splashed in the eyes, and the eyewash was not operational, thus impeding quick access to first-aid.
