29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Jobsite, 708 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA:  On or about November 7, 2018, three employees were exposed to fall hazards on the deck area which was being used as access/egress to the work area that did not have guard rails on it and was approximately 24 feet above the ground below.    b) Jobsite, 708 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA, On or about November 7, 2018, three employees were exposed to fall hazards while throwing demolition material into an approximate 4' x 8' hole in the floor and were not protected from falling approximately 12 feet to the floor below.
