29 CFR 1926.1417(c)(1): The procedures applicable to the operation of the equipment, including rated capacities (load charts), recommended operating speeds, special hazard warnings, instructions, and operator's manual, were not readily available in the cab at all times for use by the operator.       a) Worksite, 3563 Long Beach Rd. Oceanside NY - Employee was operating an Elliot E85R mobile crane to lift an install a sign on a newly constructed Old Navy store.  The operator of the crane was no provided with procedures applicable to the operation of the equipment in Spanish.  The operator could not read English; on or about 10/26/18.       Note:  The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
