29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) This violation occurred on or about October 29, 2018, at the job site located at 974 Knoxbridge, Forney, TX employees were working from the ground where 2X6 plywood was being passed up to employees working on the top level. The employees did not have on a hard hat and was exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists.

Safety equipment was not determined on the basis of the following considerations: (a) This violation occurred on or about October 29, 2018 at the job site located at 974 Knoxbridge Road, Forney, TX; where employees using an electrical temporary power pole and had a radio mounted above the meterbase. Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard.
