The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated. a) Lee Hair, 1829 Eastern Blvd., Montgomery, AL: On or about October 30, 2018 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employee(s) to hazards of over a 10 foot fall from not wearing fall protection while performing sign attachment to building from an aerial lift.
