29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the residential construction site located at 117 NW Carson Drive in Lees Summit, Missouri: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Framer was observed installing wood materials using a nail gun without eye/face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   At the residential construction site located at 117 NW Carson Drive in Lees Summit, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Framers were observed installing wood and working at height. Framers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 22 feet eave to ground without use of fall protection.
