29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure stairs had uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings: On or about October 31, 2018, employees were exposed to tripping hazards because the riser heights between the landings were not uniform on the stairs located at the entrances to the Cafeteria and the Maintenance Coordinator's Office in Building 65.
