29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Skyline Roofing and Solar located at 1421 Soda Creek Court, Fort Collins, CO 80526:  On and Preceding 10/31/2018, the controlling employer did not ensure that employees engaged in re-roofing of a two story residential home were protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Four roofers were working at levels between 10 and 27 feet removing and preparing to install roofing shingles without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed employees to falls up to 27 feet.
