29 CFR 1910.23(c)(10): (10) The top of a non-self-supporting ladder is placed so that both side rails are supported, unless the ladder is equipped with a single support attachment: On or about 10/29/2018, at 10339 Quail Crown Drive, Naples, FL, employees performing tree trimming activity at a residential complex were exposed to fall hazards when working from a ladder in which the top rung rested on a tree trunk and the side-rails were not supported to ensure stability of the ladder. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
