29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 10/19/18, at The Hair Spot, located at 500 South Union Street, in Spencerport, New York, workers working from the basket of an aerial lift 17 feet above ground level were not using a harness or lanyard to "tie-off" to the basket for fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
