29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about October 24, 2018, Collins Roofing, Inc. had employees exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet from both 1st and 2nd story roof sections without fall protection, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois. COLLINS ROOFING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1102821, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 23, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1508 N. UNION STREET, LINCOLN, ILLINOIS 62656. COLLINS ROOFING, INC.
