Employees were exposed to severe lacerations and amputations. 1) Wood Shop: A Delta Rockwell 10 inch table saw and a Delta Milwaukee Radial saw were not provided with guards to protect the operator from hazards created by point of operation. 2) Auto Maintenance Garage: A Sears / Craftsman 20" drill press was not provided with a guard to protect employees from flying chips and sparks. 3) Machine Shop: A Dayton 15" drill press was not provided with a guard to protect employees from flying chips and sparks.
