29 CFR 1926.1416(e)(5)(i): The operator did not verify that the position of the outriggers or stabilizers was correct (in accordance with manufacturer procedures) before beginning operations requiring outrigger or stabilizer deployment: On or about November 01, 2018, at 1586 NE 8 Street, in Homestead, Florida, the crane operator did not verify and ensure that the crane outriggers were deployed exposing employees to a struck-by hazard from the falling crane boom.
