(a) Creekside Overlook Subdivision, lots 9 & 11: On or about November 1, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that safety glasses were not provided to employees while nailing roof trusses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Creekside Overlook Subdivision, lots 9 & 11: On or about November 1, 2018, and at time prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10.1 feet, in that personal fall arrest were not provided to employees while installing roof trusses.
