29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area: In the following locations, employees were performing roofing operations where the warning lines were not installed continuously around the roof perimeter: a) North end of Annex Level B roof; the ductwork measuring 27.5 inches in height was used in lieu of a warning line. b) Southeast end of Annex Level B roof; an open-sided edge did not have any methods of fall protection installed. Employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 141 inches to the lower level.
