29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person: Referenced Standard: 29 CFR 1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds): On or about 10/30/2018, near the intersection of Miramar Parkway and SW 136 Avenue, the employer attached a job-made basket to a gator for use as a temporary working platform to trim trees with the use of a gas powered trimmer, thus exposing a worker to a fall hazard.
