29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) US Coast Guard Family Housing Phase II - 940 Culp Ct. Astoria, OR. 97103 - On or about 10/30/2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to contact with sodium hypochlorite while cleaning the camera lens after sewer line inspections.
