OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees; in that, employees were exposed to being struck-by a grader:  On or about October 23, 2018, at 200 W. Lantana Road, Palm Beach Florida, 33480, the employer failed to protect workers who were exposed to a struck-by hazard from the operation of a grader in an area occupied by workers who performed work with shovels.   NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
