On or about November 2, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries. Art's and May's Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.102 (a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1220878, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1127 Kenton Road, Deerfield, IL 60015.

On or about November 2, 2018 at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations, twenty (20) feet above the ground, were not protected from falling. Art's and May's Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1221450, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 4, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 24402 State Line Road, Crete, IL 60417.
