29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:   a. 475 Smith Street, Perth Amboy, NJ  The employer used an Ingersoll-Rand All Terrain Forklift with an attached scaffold platform that was not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.  The employer allowed an employee engaged in commercial framing activities to work from a 48" X 48" wood pallet as a work platform from the forks of an all terrain forklift.  Violation observed on or about November 2, 2018
