29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a. 48 Hook Road Bayonne, NJ (Hello Fresh Production Area) Cup filler machine#4 was not sufficiently guarded to prevent entry into rotating auger blades; an opening on the top of the guard allowed access into the rotating auger while energized resulting in injury. Violation occurred on or about 10/17/2018
