29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. 568 Enterprise, Bozeman, MT 59715: On or about, November 5, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls at a height of 11 feet 10 inches, to the ground below, while performing work operations on the balconies of a multifamily apartment complex.
