29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Temporary wiring branch circuits did not originate in a power outlet or panel board: On or about November 5, 2018, at 10955 North Mall Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70808, the employer did not ensure that power strips that were utilized by employees originated in an approved power outlet. Employees were allowed to connect two power strips in series (daisy-chained) to provide electricity to grinders, utility fans, and a battery charger.
