29 CFR 1910.145(c) (2) (i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a. 6711 McEver Road, Buford, GA (Slump Metal Rack Stairs) - Employees were exposed to slip hazard - Employees are required to access the metal rack stairs leading the platform to wash and/or fill the concrete truck with water. There were no placards placed/posted on the metal rack stairs (wet process area), alerting and/or making employees aware of the hazardous areas when the water converts to ice on cold/freezing days, or about November 7, 2018.
