Construction areas, ramps, runways, corridors, offices, shops, and storage areas were not lighted to the minimum illumination intensities listed in Table D-3 while any work was in progress: a) At the jobsite, on the first floor hallway that serves as the buildings exit path, on or about 11/6/18: Workers were transiting through and working in areas where the lighting was inadequate, measured at 3 foot-candles where 5 foot-candles is required.
