29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: (Agriculture Reference: 1928.21(a)(5))(a) (a) On or about November 08th, 2018, the employer, did not ensure that secondary chemical containers located in the warehouse at the lower level of the supply rack were properly labeled as the horticultural fertilizer "CoRoN", which contains urea nitrogen and other water soluble nitrogen which is known to cause skin irritation, eye irritation and acute toxicity and is indicated as such with a hazard warning.
