An employee exposed a work crew to an electrical hazard while operating a tractor (i.e. Bobcat Loader B250) without training in the recognition and avoidance of such hazard, while loading bamboo trees on a truck in the proximity of 115KV overhead power lines.

29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized overhead lines than the distances given in 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A): On or about 11/6/2018, at Blue Sky Landscaping Inc., located at 13550 Luray Rd, Southwest Ranches, FL 33331. A 30-feet long bamboo tree made contact with an energized overhead power line operating at 115 KV with a vertical clearance of 32 feet, as it was being loaded on the bed of a truck, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.

An unqualified person operated a tractor (i.e. Bobcat Loader B250) for loading bamboo trees on a truck, exposing employees to struck by and electrical hazards.
