29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At the site, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while operating a Genie S-60 without being tied to the basket. Edi's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1200868, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/22/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 6395 Regis Ct., Fort Worth, TX 76155.
