29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 11/7/2018, at the construction site located at 3211 NE 32nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL. An employee was observed exposed to a fall hazard of 15'-0" approximately while working from an aerial lift (i.e. JLG, Model 400-S, #100-439) without fall protection.
