29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) On or about October 30, 2018 for the employee who did not have access to a suitable hands free eyewash in the boiler room when transferring Ecolab Mikron using a hand pump and the product sprayed into his eye(s) at the facility located at 1301 East Main Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.  (b) On or about October 30, 2018 for the employee who used a hands free eyewash where the pressure was below the manufacturers recommended operating pressure in the chemical storage room who had been transferring Ecolab Mikron using a hand pump when the product sprayed into his eye(s) at the facility located at 1301 East Main Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.  (c) On or about October 30, 2018 for employees potentially exposed to acid near the battery charging station in the cooler room where the employer did not provide suitable hands free access at the facility located at 1301 East Main Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
