The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a. At the job site/parking lot, two employees were allowed to use aerial lift Model Genie S-40, Serial #817412 (PC227), without fall protection, exposing them to an approximately 29 feet fall hazard, on or about November 7, 2018.
