29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part.     a. Located at 8286 Timble Falls Drive in Dublin, Ohio: On or about November 8, 2018, employees were exposed to falls and struck by hazards while performing siding work. The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety and health program to ensure hazards were detected and corrected onsite.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.      a. Located at 8286 Timble Falls Drive in Dublin, Ohio: On or about November 8, 2018, an employee was installing siding from the roof of the house without being attached to a lifeline, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately eleven foot from the roofs eave.

Located at 8286 Timble Falls Drive in Dublin, Ohio: On or about November 8, 2018, employees were exposed to falls and struck by hazards while performing siding work. The employer did not provide safety related training for employees related to performing siding work and the equipment in use.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. Paragraph (g)(2) of this section addresses fall protection for scaffold      a. Located at 8286 Timble Falls Drive in Dublin, Ohio: On or about November 8, 2018, employees were installing siding from a pump jack scaffold that was not equipped with a complete guardrail system and employees were not attached to a lifeline. The employer did not ensure that the employees were protected from the fall hazard while working from the scaffold, thereby exposing employees to an approximately twelve foot fall hazard.
