29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i)(A): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not kept in a room, vault, or similar enclosure accessible only to qualified persons: At the time of the inspection, access to electrical equipment in the new electrical room was not restricted to qualified employees. A 480 volt panel had been installed by Ameren and no means were in place to prevent employees from entering the electrical room, exposing them to live electrical hazards.
