29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: At Sand Hills Pipeline MLV 11, Sonora Texas: On or about November 10, 2018, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a fire hazard, while working in a remote area without having a worker certified in first aid readily available to assist with medical treatment on injured workers.
