Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:     a) Jobsite, 2582 US 119, Crabtree, PA 15624: On or before November 7, 2018, employees were working unprotected and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet while removing roofing materials from a flat roof.
