This condition exposed employees to a struck by hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: Bldg. 411, Bay Area, North Wall - The 120/208 volt electrical panel was blocked with moving blankets. Had employees needed to access the panel in an emergency, their response time would be extended by having to move the obstructions to gain access to the panel.
