29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Building 369: On or about 11/08/2018, a three-way ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) was not used accord to the listing and labeling in that the GFCI was plugged into the female end of a 50ft yellow extension cord to supply power to a computer. No abatement certification or documentation required.
