29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about 11/13/2018, employees from Eaton Bussman Business, located at 114 Old State Road, Ellisville, MO, were exposed to hazards such as those created by point of operation and rotating parts in the SW quadrant of the Tool Room in the machining area. The following machines did not have guards: The Clausing 20 Drill Press (Spec: 36F644-445; and The Solberga Mekaniska Drill Press (Machine No.: 1040).
