29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent: a) On or about 11/27/18, at 7993 NW 60th St. Miami, FL 33166 assembly department an employee was exposed to a noise level of 88.9 dBA, which exceeds the action level of 85.0 dBA, during the 8-hr representative sampling period. b) On or about 11/27/18, at 7993 NW 60th St. Miami, FL 33166 assembly department an employee was exposed to a noise level of 86.8 dBA, which exceeds the action level of 85.0 dBA, during the 8-hr representative sampling period. c) On or about 11/27/18, at 7993 NW 60th St. Miami, FL 33166 assembly department an employee was exposed to a noise level of 87.5 dBA, which exceeds the action level of 85.0 dBA, during the 8-hr representative sampling period.
