29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Powered industrial truck(s) which were used on a round-the-clock basis were not examined for defects after each shift. Defects when found were not immediately reported and corrected: Powered industrial trucks were not inspected before use, such as, but not limited to, the tugger in the steel shop. In addition, the tugger was not removed from service because of a "sticking" throttle.
