29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Employees were exposed to amputation injuries while working on and around the Thomas Beecroft and Co. Vertical Bandsaw (Model #3174). The point of operation guarding was not properly adjusted and/or implemented to ensure the employee(s) fingers and hands could not come into contact with the bandsaw blade.
