(305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line: 5815 Sutton Place, New Orleans, LA; On or about November 9, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) cutting down a tree at a residential home for removal remained 10 feet from an energized overhead power line or ensure that the power line and connection to a residential home was de-energized prior to beginning work.
