29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: Facility: The generator carried by a powered industrial fork truck (PIT) was not stable and safely arranged to prevent the generator from being displaced. On or about October 16, 2018, the generator while being loaded into the Sperry truck with the powered industrial truck was displaced when the strap slid off causing the generator to fall to the ground.
