29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about November 14, 2018, Employees framing were exposed to a fall hazard on a construction site in Bloomington, Illinois, and the employer did not ensure an adequate fall protection system was being used. RICH CORRY DBA CORRY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1281738, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 30, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT CORNER OF FELL AND WILLOW, NORMAL, ILLINOIS, 61761.
