29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.    a) On November 15, 2018 Grippo Potato Chip Company, Inc. did not ensure that all exit accesses were at least 28 inches wide at all points. The warehouse exit access leading to the dumpster was blocked by garbage and was limited to 24" between the cardboard and door.      Grippo Potato Chip Company Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1321727, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 21, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6750 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45239.
