29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 16 DaVinci Way, Egg Harbor Twsp., NJ: On or about November 14, 2018, FEM Construction employees were installing sheathing on the roof of a two story new construction single family residence. The workers were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet from the roof's eaves to the ground below.
