29 CFR 1926.56(a): Construction areas, ramps, runways, corridors, offices, shops, and storage areas were not lighted to at least the minimum illumination intensities listed in Table D-3 while any work is in progress: a) On or about November 15, 2018, Southeast second floor stairwell landing, employees performing remodeling operations in and around this exit were exposed to delayed emergency egress hazards and the employer did not provided operational emergency lighting. b) On or about November 15, 2018, Southeast third floor stairwell landing, employees performing remodeling operations in and around this exit were exposed to delayed emergency egress hazards and the employer did not provided operational emergency lighting. c) On or about November 15, 2018, Central stairwell landings, employees performing remodeling operations in and around this exit were exposed to delayed emergency egress hazards and the employer did not provided operational emergency lighting.
